Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise during the payment process.

2.4. Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, upon notice to you. The new fees will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership: The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Trace Consign or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service.

3.2. License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
